Christmas Finger Buffet Menu - some ideas...


       Turkey & home made Cranberry relish on open rolls

 Stilton vegetarian “sausage rolls”

 Chipolatas wrapped in bacon

 My mustard glazed ham on open rolls

with homemade chutney

 Garland sausage roll, a chunky sausage roll

With a Quail’s egg in every slice

 Brie, topped with glazed Cranberries, served with

my home made bread


 Brandy Mince pies, with buttery orange pastry

 Rich fruit cake served with Wensleydale

 Mini Pavlovas topped with Redcurrant sauce and

Pomegranate seeds

 Lemon & Blueberry cake with a Sloe Gin glaze


The cost for four savoury items and two sweet items

Chosen from the above menu suggestions is £11.50 per head

(Minimum 12 guests)
