Italian Inspired – a selection of cooked & cured meats, cheeses, olives, tomatoes dressed with olive oil & balsamic, roasted peppers. Garlic bread.
Morroccan Inspired – a selection of hummus, olives, felafels with a creamy garlic dressing, harissa chicken skewers. Homemade breads.

Lamb, apricot & date tagine served with mint & pomegranate seed cous-cous, dressed salad leaves & bread.
Vegetarian tagine served as above.
My lasagne served with dressed salad leaves and Italian breads.
